I try to read my Bible every day, but sometimes I can fall into a rut. So when those times come, instead of giving up, I try to switch up my routine, get creative, and spark a little life back into my quiet times with God.
We’re born being separate from God, and that broken relationship is the root of all our other brokenness. And we can only find true healing in God. Music and worship can have an incredibly powerful healing effect on us, when we are searching for healing in God.
It’s all very good to know that as Christians we can have joy at all times, including the hard moments, but sometimes that’s a little easier said than done. Life is hard and it gets ya down.
